Our program runs from September thru early June and ends with our annual Dance Recital.

Absences/Make-Policy:
If your child misses a class and cannot attend another class as a make-up, a parent may take any adult exercise or dance class as a make-up during the current dance year.  Absences will not be deducted from tuition or costume balances.  Make-up classes may be taken until we get closer to recital rehearsals.  This will then be up to teacher discretion.

Holiday/Snow Days:
We generally follow Merrick Public Schools closings.  When in doubt, check our outgoing message an hour before class or check our website.  Make sure you receive a copy of our holiday schedule & check for notices posted in the studio.  Snow days are non refundable, but they entitle you to a make-up class.

Recital:
Our annual recital is usually held in the beginning of June.  The schedule will be posted in the studio by early spring.  Watch for periodic updates sent home with your child.  Dress rehearsals are usually held in the studio 1 or 2 weeks before recital.  Children are required to attend Dress Rehearsal and Stage Rehearsal.

Costumes:
A deposit of $40 will be due by December 1st.  Costumes by not be cancelled and therefore are not refundable.  Costume balance will be due by April 1st.  Costumes will not be released if there is an outstanding account balance.
